Membership Criteria for Institutes

The membership criterion is the most significant aspect of our platform as we provide our recognition services only to those institutes which meet our criteria. We don’t engage in any favors and hold our criteria with full transparency to institutes belonging to any industry. The membership criteria for institutes are mentioned below:

  • The institute offers short courses, skills, and certification courses.
  • The institute is based on online learning / distant learning.
  • The institute offers coaching and learning from specialized instructors/trainers.
  • The institute is registered with trained and experienced faculty.
  • The institute provides online support services for students.

The policy is the same for all as we don’t give biased decisions and memberships as we believe in complete transparency and authenticity. The criteria for courses are given below:

  • The course material is authentic and with proper achievable learning outcomes.
  • The curriculum is based on international standards with proper guidance.
  • The student assessment and evaluation form is submitted with all documents.
  • The course material and overall procedure comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • There is proper information on the student assessment process (quizzes, exams, presentations, projects, and exams).
  • The demo lectures are attached.
  • The course completion or pass certificate is attached.

  • The trainer has a demo class in which their teaching experience can be assessed.

  • The trainer submits if have any license along with any continuing education documents.
  • The trainer has a minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience

ICSOC Process

The central basis for ICSOC’s evaluation and recognition is our Point Profile System which allows us to judge any institute/course/trainer’s profile for its worthiness to be recognized or not. The entire process consists of the following main steps:

Step 1:

Application and Preliminary Evaluation

Application Submission: Institutions seeking ICSOC recognition must submit an application form with all necessary information about their organization, including supporting paperwork, course offers, and faculty credentials.

Initial review: The ICSOC review team shall rigorously evaluate every submitted proposal, taking into account elements including the caliber of institutional documentation, the excellence and relevance of courses, and the credentials of faculty members. An initial acknowledgment of status will be decided upon in light of this assessment.

Step 2:

Temporary Recognition and Rating

Temporary Recognition Status: If an institution's initial evaluation is positive, ICSOC will issue it a temporary recognition status. This acknowledgment comes with the prestigious Recognition Seal and a special webpage on the ICSOC platform, both of which highlight the institution's dedication to excellence.

Ongoing Monitoring (90 Days): For a 90-day period, ICSOC will closely monitor the acknowledged institution. As part of the aforementioned monitoring, the institution's performance will be assessed based on the caliber of its courses, student testimonials, and faculty qualifications. Additionally, to rate the organization, ICSOC will employ a rating system equivalent to the industry standards.

Step 3:

Permanent Recognition and Payment

Final Assessment: Following the 90-day monitoring period, ICSOC will carry out a thorough final assessment. This assessment will take into account the institution's performance, student feedback, the quality of the courses, the capacity of the faculty, and the rating given.

Payment and Permanent Recognition: The institution will be informed by ICSOC following the final evaluation has been conducted successfully and a rating has been assigned to it. It will then be mandatory for the institution to pay for the recognized services. The institution will be granted permanent recognized status by ICSOC after payment has been made. This recognition, along with the rating it has been given, strengthens the institution's standing as a trusted authority in the industry.
